Welcome to Justanswer.com, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.
To get started, I need to know what type of computer you're using.Windows XP, Widows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Or a Mac.If it's a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows.Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
and what version of outlook are you using, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 ?
And the version of outlook itself? Is it the web only version? Or do you have an outlook program installed on your Windows server 2003 system?
HI there and welcome
This will likely be a dirty lens and this needs to be cleaned.
To do this Carlos you need to use a Disk cleaner.
This is one I recommend (on my link below)
Click me to open
You play the disk in the player and it will clean the lens and the CD's should then stop sipping.
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.
please ignore the last message, it was not for this question.
