Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

What's your Microsoft Office / Outlook program version, such as 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, etc.?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Thank you. In Outlook, please click on FILE menu at the top, then click on Options

, then click on Mail option on the left

, then click on option Signatures... on the right

, then click on New option, then type a name for your signature (anything you want, such as my person email signature, etc.), then click OK

, then enter your contact information in the box below

, then click OK, then click OK again.

, then send an email message to test.

- Another method is to create a New Email. Then click on Message tab at the top, then click on Signature option at the top (or click on the icon with the paper and pencil at the top), then click on Signature

, then click on New button, then if needed, then type your contact information at the box below

, then click OK, OK, and check.
