I keep getting pop ups saying I have Microsoft Exchange

I keep getting pop ups saying I have Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan1). I have no idea how I got that but ever since this message started popping up I have been unable to access any of my emails. It keeps asking for a password ***** I have no idea what to put in there. I have tried a couple of passwords that I use but all to no avail. Please help me as there are emails that have come in that I really need to access. Thank you. ***** *****
