Can you tell me please which email service you are using and how exactly you access it please?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

ok, you will then have to fill in this form, and if the emails are still on the server, they will be restored within 48 hours.
Once filled in, wait 48 hours for the request to be processed and if the emails have not already been removed from the server, they will be returned to your account. It is the only option left in this situation Erica.
