I am using windows 10. I have a Hotmail account for my e-mail. for the last 2 weeks, I have been receiving junk mail that appears to be coming from my own Hotmail account. It shows my name as sender and when I put the cursor on my name as sender, it shows my Hotmail e-mail account. thought I might have been hacked so I changed my password. does not make a difference. still getting bad messages. I get rid of them by clicking on "move to" and calling them a phishing mail. Need to know how to stop these messages.

Your problem is quite common, spammers use your own email address to send emails so the spam filter doesn't catch them - there are only a handful of ways to stop this, one of which includes filtering your own email address as the receiver

I can't connect to your cell phone anyway - you need to be on a computer for that.
