Hello, I made a mistake putting in the Apple ID password ***** my grandmothers phone, I knew the password, she just never told me about the capital letter. Then we got locked out of the Apple ID and we had to reset the ID through an email that was sent to her backup account. The only problem now is is that we cannot figure out the password ***** the backup email, ********@**********.***, so we can't access the email that was sent automatically to the account. The Apple ID in question is: ********@*****.*** and the password ***** it is: **********. Because we can no longer access the ********@**********.*** account, which was made years ago, we were hoping it would be possible to instead have the reset email sent to ********@*****.*** so that we can get back into her Apple ID. Thank you.

calling roadrunner to reset the password ***** be smart, as they are the only one of the group that will do so since they can verify who you are. Gmail will in no way, ever reset your password.
