Whe I try to access my***@******.*** accout, the message tells me my password ***** ***** When I try to reset it the message says that it doesn't recognize my account.

Tim, to be honest, I feel that y'all are holding HOSTAGE, my [email protected] e-mail account.
(Which my inability to access as before--same account & password--is the subject of this communication).

But when I try to access the piNetwork account, the RED message claims that my password ***** ***** and when I jump through the hoops (character regog, etc.), I am messged that my***@******.*** is "not recognized"--again in RED.ARRRGGGHHH!!!

You were whom Google Chrome directed me to through a search of "microsoft support" I thought microsoft o&o-ed outlook, the host of our webtv account, which we've had for the better part of 2 decades. As I understand it, "webtv" no longer exists as an email service, but we've retined our original email address, in my case being***@******.***. Doesmicrowoft notown outlook? Since webtv is defunct, they probably finally got around to decoming your email account.
