I do not make phone calls out and do not see how that would be of any help. I can remote in at no extra cost, if that is good with you. Do you wish to do that or do you wish for me to send up a refund request for you because you were charged the fee of $42 the moment I picked up this question. You are of course eligible for a refund later on, if I am not able to fix the problem.
