Skype did not accept my usual password. I changed it. Skype told me it was successful. Now I can't get into Skype because it is telling me I am already signed in with this account. It told me to sign out and then sign in again. I did. no result. When I used the email detail to open my account earlier there was no task bar displayed. no menu,. no contacts. I don't know what else to do.
