I have Windows 7 with Windows Live email. I tried to put Windows 10 on my Laptop but It didn't move my email with it. I have my Contacts and Files on contacts on Windows Live that I need to keep. How do I keep my current email info. ?

Do you currently have Windows 7 still installed? You can export email from Windows Live to Outlook which is compatible with Windows 10.

I do have Win 7 installed. when installing Win10 no email info. was transferred and the tech said win7 wasn't compatible

my email is working. no, Microsoft outlook is not installed. It was deleted after the Teck put Win 7 back on my computer and Win 10 removed
