Hello,
I cannot access my yahoo email account. After signing in, i am directed to a page that says "Welcome Back! Continue reactivating your account by contacting customer care". I can then get no further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now, if you are not able to login, please go to https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot, and try to reset your Yahoo email account password.
B. Fill out Yahoo recovery form:

I submitted a request using this form on Tuesday and again on Thursday. I have received no response.

Once you provide them a working email address as contact email address, Yahoo team will get back to you.

Generally, they reply back in 24-48 hours. But, sometime due to heavy flow of this, they may take longer(may be a week) to reply back.

I realize that this answer may not be entirely to your liking, and I regret being the bearer of information that you really don’t want to hear. But it would be unfair to you and unprofessional of me were I to provide you with anything less than truthful and honest information.

Yahoo does not provide any dedicated support for free email accounts and this is how all of us has to work with them for this issue.

In this case, I suggest you to please wait till the time Yahoo team reply back to you.

Also, you can make an additional email account with gmail. Gmail is fast, better and secure and they are prompt if there is any issue.
