I will be the person helping you today.
I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.
May I ask if you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?
Once the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate via a chat window on your computer.
After you click the "Accept this offer" button for the remote service, the remote link will be posted here. That will be the last charge for today.
It is an addition because the remote will take more of my time. That will be the final fee.
Okay, I understand. When did this problem begin?
I do not make phone calls out. If you wish, I can opt out of the question and allow another person to take over.
Try running Outlook in Safe Mode and test if it attaches the attachments.
- While holding the Windows key, press the letter R on the keyboard.- In the window that comes up, type: outLook /safe- Click Ok.Does the attachment forwarding function work now?
It looks like you have more than one problem with Outlook. Without remoting in, it is difficult to analyze the issue. Being that you are not wanting to do the remote, which I respect your choice, I will need to opt out and allow another to work with you. Is this okay?
You are welcome.
I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.
The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.
When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.
Thank you for your patience.
