Hello,

I will be the person helping you today.

I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.

May I ask if you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?

Once the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate via a chat window on your computer.

Thank you,
Jason

After you click the "Accept this offer" button for the remote service, the remote link will be posted here. That will be the last charge for today.

the $45 fee. is that total or in addition to my already agreed amount?
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

It is an addition because the remote will take more of my time. That will be the final fee.

I do not want to pay close to $100 to answer one question. Let s communicate another way
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

Okay, I understand. When did this problem begin?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I think when I updated outlook from 2013 to 2016
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
feel free to call me on the phone.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

I do not make phone calls out. If you wish, I can opt out of the question and allow another person to take over.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no, I am good
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

Try running Outlook in Safe Mode and test if it attaches the attachments.

- While holding the Windows key, press the letter R on the keyboard.
- In the window that comes up, type: outLook /safe
- Click Ok.

Does the attachment forwarding function work now?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
where did all my data go.... My emails stop in April? Nothing from April to now.....
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The forward button did cary over the attachement
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
when I close out safe mode and reopen. all my data is there.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I noticed that in safe mode, my google sync app did not show up, but it does in the normal mode.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

It looks like you have more than one problem with Outlook. Without remoting in, it is difficult to analyze the issue. Being that you are not wanting to do the remote, which I respect your choice, I will need to opt out and allow another to work with you. Is this okay?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok, thanks
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

You are welcome.

I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.

The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.

When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.

Thank you for your patience.
