Customer: The programme opens, I see all the previews of the emails but when I click on them they fail to open.

Hello this is probably an IMAP email issue

Firstly, please Press ALT-CTRL-S to open the Send/Receive Groups dialogue.
Select the Send/Receive group containing the IMAP account.
Click Edit.
Finally, select the IMAP account and click the radio button labeled
"Download complete item including attachments".

All of your emails will now download

That didn't work. I see the headings of the subject line and as I mentione previously, when I click on the email, it doesn't open. I seem to be stuck in the preview page. Please help here...
