I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

What did the AOL techs try? What did they say?

Do you use the AIM program or do you use the aim.com website?

If you use AOL email also, is email currently working fine or not?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
