Since your email is currently working on one computer, and it does not work on another computer, then the issue is likely with the computer, not with lithiumhost.
What's your email website link, i.e., what is the exact website addres link you would go to on the windows xp desktop computer in order to use your email?
Are both computers connected to the same network?
Is your email working on another device, if you have, such as on a tablet or smartphone, etc.?
