Hello. My name is***** can assist you with your question. I'm sorry you are having a problem with your phone service. I'm assuming that this is cell phone service as opposed to home phone service?

If it is cellular phone service, you can contact the cellular provider directly by dialing 611 on your handset. This should contact your cell provider regardless of which one you have. They should be able to straighten out the issue by provisioning your account properly.
