i'm new to Thunderbird, and once I finished connecting a Gmail account, and tried to send my first email, I started getting the following message:
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. p63sm6781728ywf.8 - gsmtp. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.
The email address is correct...I've set connection security to Starttls, tried changing the port number and authentification method a few times. No Luck.
Any tips for me?
