Customer Question

is corrupted. Can't open. Appears password ***** been removed or lost. ATT is of no help. they say they can't even find the account. However if I do a yayhoo search and answer the questions to get a password ***** comes up Hi Ed. I get a password
enter it and nothing happens. Is there anyway to reinstate the***@******.***? If not how can I remove it from the system as it keeps popping up on my PC screen indicating some one is sending, but I can't open to receive. Also I can find and print the contact list (420) but cannot transfer it to a new account.
I need help.

Hello,

I will be the person helping you today.

I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.

May I ask if you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?

Once the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate via a chat window on your computer.

Thank you,
Jason
