Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please open Apps, where it shows all your app icons

, then open the app called Google Settings

, then scroll down, then tap on the option Search & Now

, then tap on the option Voice

, then tap on the option "Ok Google" detection

, then turn off the option “From the Google app” and turn off option From any screen and turn off option Personal results.

; if you need full detailed instructions / illustrations, please click on the website below:

- And/or open the app name called Settings, then go to the General option if shown, then go to option Language and input, then disable the option Voice search or Google voice typing, etc. there.

- If that does not work, please press and hold the Power on/off button on the ZTE device for about 20 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
