I have an email that I tried to send. It is still in the outbox and will not go through. I am trying to delete it. Because it is preventing me from sending other emails . The only way the other emails go through if I wait for the click exit without sending. Then the other emails go through . If I click on email in the outbox . The message comes up and says cannot open item outlook has already begun transmitting. But it has been saying that for weeks now . I just want to get rid of that email that will not send . Thank you

It was just kind of funny that first they charge 48.00. Then every time there is a new fee 20.00 for phone then 14.99 for remote connection. It seem funny why not just give a flat rate to fix it. I could have a tec come to the house instead. I don't mean in any way to offend you. I just was unaware how this really worked

Please open Outlook

Click on File then WORK OFFLINE

Close out of Outlook (Please make sure you completely close Outlook)

Reopen

Click on Outbox and RIGHT click on the file and delete it

Close Outlook

Reopen and click on FILE then Work Offline

Sync your account (Send/receive)
