My iPad is not receiving incoming mail. I can send from the iPad. My computer and phone are receiving. I have tried going through safari still won't work. How do I get it back?

Let's first delete the account on the ipad by going to settings --> mail --> comcast account --> Delete Account

What version of ios do you have? Go to settings --> Genereal --> Software Update

Also go to settings --> reset --> Reset Network Settings
