Just purchased and downloaded Outlook 2013 on new computer.

Customer Question

Just purchased and downloaded Outlook 2013 on new computer. Trying to add my existing e-mail and set up for first time on this computer. I entered email address and password ***** outlook says it is 'having trouble connecting to my account' I tried rebooting computer, and re-entering info several times. It is working fine on my old computer, using Outlook 2010. Suggestions?
