I understand that you're talking about an iPad. What i want to do is check settings on the computer first; since iPad connects to the msn.com email; settings can be checked from the computer (the verification settings, security, etc) to see if it is being blocked on the iPad? You've already added and deleted accounts on the iPad and that didn't help so there is no point in repeating these steps on the iPad before verifying on the PC.

Did you add/remove the account from iPad?
When you re-added it; did you specify your full e-mail address or just the part before the @ symbol?
There is nothing that can be done on the iPad then other then removing and re-adding the account. Let me know when you have access to the PC.
