My aol account isXXXXXXXXXX
For no reason I can determine the site has lost my password.
11 attempts to contact AOL via phone resulted in waits of up to 25 minutes with no answer.
attempts to contact through genserve will not happen if the pass word is not recognized.
This has been the password ***** over ayear.
Please get this site active again and notify when accomplished.
