May I ask for you to elaborate on what specifically the problem is? I ask because the statement of 'mails being blocked' may mean several different things. (ie: cannot login, emails are not delivered, etc)

Thank you for the update. It sounds like you tried to log into your account too many times with the incorrect password. In such cases, you must wait a full 24 hours before you log in again.
My suggestion is as follows:- Wait at least 30 hours before logging in just to be safe.
- If you know the password, you can simply log in.
If you do not know the password, you must first click the "Forgot Password" link on the Yahoo login page. You will be asked a few questions to identify yourself as "you". After doing that, you will be given the option to reset your password.
