I am trying to set up a new account with a valid email but cannot.
PLEASE help. I use this daily and am very worried.

Please follow these steps since you cannot use the email address on file..

Select Account and Password as the help topic and then Password/Skype Name problems as the related problem. Click Next.

  1. Select your contact method.

Choose Email support as the contact method.

  1. Fill in the details.

Some of the fields are mandatory.

  • Where it says “Your email address”, enter a valid email address that we can contact you at.
  • Where it says “What email address did you provide when you registered?” enter the email address you registered with (if you know it but no longer have access to it). If you don’t know which email address you registered with, enter unknown @ mail. com (without the spaces).

Click Send.
