I'm sorry about the issue. Do you use the outlook.com website for email?

What is your internet / browser program, such as Internet Explorer (the big 'e' program icon), or Firefox, or Chrome, etc.?

Please try:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites
  2. Open Control Panel by typing control panel at the Start screen mode, then click on Control Panel
    , or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK.
  3. Open Network and Internet if available, then open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then check email.

If that does not work, please download and install the Google Chrome program at the website below:

http://www.chrome.com/

, keep default option during installation, and when prompted to sign in Google account, just cancel / skip that

, then open the Google Chrome program, then go to the website outlook.com in the Google Chrome program, and sign in your email and see if you can use your email fine in the Google Chrome program.

I Yes, I used my email as on outlook.com.
