Hi,
I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?
Are you able to receive email messages fine?
Are you able to sign in your email at the Earthlink website earthlink.net?
Besides the iPhone, do you also have a windows or mac computer? If yes, is your earthlink email currently working fine on your computer?
On the iPhone, can you go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then tap on your earthlink account there, then scroll down to the section Outgoing Mail Server, then let me know all the settings there.
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.
If that does not work, can you please confirm your email and password ***** working at the earthlink.net website?
Thank you.

Hello,
I will be the person helping you today.
I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.
May I ask if you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?
Once the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate via a chat window on your computer.
Thank you,
Jason

Apple fixed the problem for me, do not charge my credit card as you could not help fix my problem.
