Windows Live Mail, requires, over past couple weeks, every time I log on a confirmation stating do I wish to allow that program to make changes to my computer. If I say yes it will log on to Windows Live Mail

Hi there and welcome

On the icon that you double click to start windows live mail, right click it and select properties

Then click on compatibility and then uncheck Run as Administrator

Click OK

Then open Windows Live Mail and tell me please if you still have the problem.
