Hi, we need some help getting our xbox live account straightened out. We had a email that is attached to the xbox live account that we no longer have access to and since the latest update we need to accept the new terms and conditions to play online games. Can you help us get it straightened out?

Have you tried to reset your Gmail account password?

A. First of all, please check your webmails:

Click the link and check if you're able to login into your gmail webmail account or not.

Please try to reset it again as given under:

And follow on-screen instructions after choosing, "I don't know my password".

If you're not able to reset your account password, then, please fill out gmail recovery form as given under:

Click the link:

Choose I don't know Password. Type in your Email Address. Click Continue

Enter the last password ***** remember

Click Continue

Check if it provide you options to reset your password.

Else, please click "I don't know" under Enter the last password ***** remember.

And then click "I can't access my phone".

And then fill out all of the details.
