Can you tell me please which email service you are using?

And what is the error you get when you try to access your email?

i am using gmail.
i try to do password ***** account to another email and it says something like ' password ***** sent to the account"...but when i go to account there is no email from service(gmail). I've tried the same thing several times with the same result. Then it offers another option if that does not work: to offer private information to verify I am the user. I can't seem to give the right answers, re: they say my library account is incorrect, and can't move forward.

It is suppose to send it to the other gmail account, but it never makes it.

have you checked in the spam folder on the account in the event it has gone there?
