Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue.

What's your Microsoft Office Pro / Outlook version, such as 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, etc.?

Please try the following fix:

- Close both Outlook and Thunderbird programs

, then click on the Start icon (which is the windows loco icon located at the lower left corner of the computer's screen), then click Settings

, then click on System, then click on Default apps on the left

, then set the Email to Microsoft Office Outlook program

, then open Thunderbird, then if prompted, do not allow Thunderbird to set as default

, then see if you can import

, (once importing is done, then you can set Thunderbird as default.)

Another method: Right-click on the Start icon (which is the windows loco icon located at the lower left corner of the computer's screen), then click on Control Panel

, then click on Programs if available, then click on Default Programs

, then click on Set your default programs

, then click on Microsoft Office Outlook program on the left

, then click on Set this program as default on the right

, then click OK at the bottom

, then open Thunderbird, then if prompted, do not allow Thunderbird to set as default

, then see if you can import

, (once importing is done, then you can set Thunderbird as default.)

When you are available, please reply back at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you,
