I have the address: Starting August 20 I have not received

I have the address: ***@******.***
Starting August 20 I have not received any mail and I was not able to receive any mail.
I am now using an alternative address: ***@******.***
All my aol mail is being returned undelivered to me and all incoming mail is being returned to sender with a note that I am not accepting any mail.
Please look into this and advise.

  1. Are you using a computer with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10?
  2. Are you using a free AOL account or a premium or paid email account?
  3. If you are using a free AOL account, are you using to a web browser like Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari access your AOL emails? Or are you using an email program like MS Outlook 2010?
  4. If you are using a web browser to access your AOL, are you still able to access or login to your AOL account?
