Customer Question

Hi - It's Outlook 2003 - I am not able to receive emails nor move them to other folders as it seems that the pst folder is full. I have deleted many messages in the outlook folders but the size does not seem to decrease at all. Any idea?

Thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
You will need to compact the folders.
To do this
Click File
Select the .pst file you want to compact, then click the Settings
Click the General tab, then Compact Now. (if you have a very large file, it could take a very long time)
When done, click OK, then Close.
Tell me if you still then have the problem please.

Have done that it takes a few seconds after I click Compact Now but still no difference

What exactly happens when you try to receive an email?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Because the pst file is to its limit it's not receiving. In fact how would I be able to withdraw this question and get my money back as I'm not satisfied so far?
