Your situation is a bit confusing. The only way you can delete an administrator account is from a different administrator account. Being that you deleted the administrator account, it tells me that you have at least one administrator account active. So, you can simply use that 2nd account to gain administrator rights.
In short, there is no need to talk you through any such fix. If you deleted the account, that means you have a different active administrator's account that you can use. Simply, use that account.
