I am a new member since first week of July but not sure when problem begin because do not check daily and did not realize friends weren't receiving as my screen said massage has been sent, then I realized I wasn't receiving either. I am not profiencent on computer so hope your fix the problem from your vantage point or I will close account and go with someone else that isn't so difficult. Thanks!

Since you are unable to help me please just cancel my membership to gmail and remove my credit card. I will try a different email company
