Can you please download the latest Outlook Hotmail Connector at the website below:
, or 32-bit
Please let me know. Thank you.
does it matter if i use 64 bit win 10 but outlook is 32 bit
Please use the 32-bit:
i tried it twice but afterwards outlook would not start, message pops up
"outlook has stopped wjorking", i removed the program you recommended and outlook will start up i cant send or get emails but it starts
Can you please close Outlook, then uninstall Outlook Hotmail Connector, then reinstall and check? Thank you.
i did that before but i went ahead and did it again, same result
Sorry, can you close Outlook, then uninstall Outlook Hotmail Connector, then don't reinstall it
, then open Outlook, then re-set up your email account without using Outlook Hotmail Connector. Use these IMAP settings:
Incoming (IMAP) Server
Server address: imap-mail.outlook.com
Encrypted Connection: SSL
Outgoing (SMTP) Server
Server address: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port: 25 (or 587 if 25 is blocked)
Encrypted Connection: TLS
User name: Your email address
Password: Your password
i cant get into the settings area. i go to file, acct settings, it brings up a box with several options one is settings but when i click on it nothing happens. i tried to export my messages but again it says "not implemented"
Please close Outlook
, then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and R on your keyboard, then type control then click OK
, then click on the box Search Control Panel at the upper right corner, then type mail
, then click on the item Mail (32-bit)
, then click on Show Profile...
, then click on Add...
, then type a name you want, then click OK
, then continue entering your hotmail email account information
, then below "Always use this profile", select the new profile name, then click OK
, then open Outlook and check.
now what happens is message pops up says "outlook has stopped working" and i cant do anything to itcause it closes
I'm sorry. It is strange. Please restart the computer, and check.
If that does not work, make sure outlook is closed
, then press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type:
, then click OK, does Outlook work that way?
Also, is Word or Excel program working fine?
same result im afraid, still no start. Excell works fine
Sorry, please close all programs, then go to Start\Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, then select Microsoft Office, then change/repair it. Please let me know. Thank you.

Please go to Start->Control Panel->User Accounts->Manage another account, and create a new account, and select the Administrator option when prompted, then restart the computer, then log in the new account, and see if Outlook works fine in the new account. Thank you.
