My provider changed. I had been overseas and didnt remember

Customer Question

My provider changed. I had been overseas and didnt remember that I only had 3 months to access the Optus server. Everything was deleted.
I called TPG and followed instructions which deleted all my inbox folders. I again called TPG and was able to recover some of the folders I had created in Windows Live. However cant connect to the server.
One email I sent appeared in my inbox rather than sent mail.
Who can I call. I am on a pension so have limited funds.
