Hello. My name is, Mike. I'd like to try and assist you with our issue. In order to attach a folder to an email you have to zip it so that it is encapsulated as a single file. You do this by right clicking on the folder and selecting "send to", then "compressed (zipped) folder". Then safe the compressed (zipped) folder to your computer (i.e. your desktop) and then you will attach the newly created compressed file to your email.
