Hello. My name is, Mike. I'd like to try and assist you with your issue. What I'm an not understanding is how you changing your password ***** ***** your AT&T account. What does your AT&T account have to do with your Yahoo account? And what process did you go through to get a temporary password?
You need to go to the Yahoo password ***** page:
You will have three options to change your password: Secondary email, answer security questions, and cell phone text if you have one assigned to your account.
If you are unable to use any of the options Yahoo offers for resetting your password, you will need to submit a customer service request form directly to Yahoo.
You can do this by going to the following link and following my instructions below:
