Is it Wi-Fi password? or something else?
What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?
Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

The Internet modem/router device was usually given to you previously from your internet service provider.
When you enter the Wi-Fi password, what does the iPad say or show?
Is the Macbook laptop connected to the modem/router device with a cable? Or is it wireless?
