You need to do the following:
A. Please try to login into your Virgin Media webmail account:
If you're not able to login, please reset your account password ***** clicking "Forgotten password".
B. If this does not work, please contact your ISP directly by calling them.
C. If nothing works, please download, install this program named Recuva.Visit this website:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_recuvaClick "Download Latest version(4.02 MB)" on the right hand side and then download, install it and run it.It will find the deleted emails and help you recover them.
Note: Recuva make take 2-3 hours to complete the recovery process.
