Afternoon, I'm a new administrator of office 365 cloud,

Customer Question

I'm a new administrator of office 365 cloud, supporting Exchange 365.
I added an gmail acct to an existing email acct in outlook 365 using the "Connected Accounts" feature. Now I can not delete it. I followed the instructions on how to use the connected accounts to remove this email. (that worked)
When I go to check the folders the gmail account s still there. I right click on it and the delete function is shaded.......
