Receiving emails twice
I am receiving emails twice on my laptop. I have several mail accounts, but only one, the main account, is receiving twice.
The keep copy on the server button is ticked.
We need this on as we have 2 computers we get emails on and need to receive each others copies.
Not sure what else to do. Please help.

Hello,
I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
I must ask a question or two before we begin. Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer.
Who is your e-mail provider? Please, do not enter your full email address. If you do that, it will be blocked. For that reason, please tell me what comes after the @ sign.

Hi

We are with Telstra in Australia

We have our own domain so the rest of the email is cdcwagga.com.au

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.
Thank you for the update.
May I start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?
When the remote begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.

yes no worries

I have a subscription membership so don't wish to pay any extra for this please - I have any normal fees included in my package

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.
Hello Kim,
I understand.
Typically, a remote session will cost more because it requires additional time for me. If no extra payment is made, that means that I am not given any credit for my extra time.
I respect your choice. I will opt out of the question and allow another to help you.
The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.
When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.
Thank you for your patience.
