I have just finished a fruitless conversation with time warner cable about my suddenly impossible sending of email. They tell me it isn't their problem. I turned off my computer last night. This morning when I attempted to send email on Thunderbird it can't go out. They claim it isn't their fault, of course. What is going on? Thanks, Karen

They are correct, it isn't their fault. In 99.99% of the cases, it is an issue with the sending, or settings on your system.
