I cannot get into my account [email protected] com. I have been trying for days. Then a friend called this morning & told me an email she sent me was rejected.
As I was attempted to follow the steps to recover my access to my account the instructions asked for an alternate phone and email I realized they were my husband's numbers. My husband passed away over a year ago.
