OK. Here is what to do:
Since 2 attempts per day is the limit, you cannot request any more password ***** links from Pogo. But, even if you could, there would obviously be a problem in following the instructions in the e-mail since you haven't been successful in resetting the password ***** far.
So, wait until tomorrow and then request a new password ***** link. After that, log in to your e-mail account and DO NOT click on any link in the e-mail, but just copy everything in that e-mail and come here, paste and send that information to me.
I will then check if the link is correct and help you reset the password ***** you.

It will only work if you DO NOT click on the link in the e-mail, but just copy here everything you received from Pogo.

Once you request a new password ***** link, go to your e-mail account. Click on the newest e-mail from Pogo. Once the e-mail is opened, you will see message from Pogo including the password ***** link. DO NOT click on that password ***** link, but just select all the contents of that e-mail from top to bottom with the mouse cursor and select Copy (right-click on selected content and select Copy).
After that, come here and select Paste (right-click inside this message area and select Paste) to send me that e-mail content.

Thank you but I have solved my problem.
I changed users to administrator and the info it had for pogo came in just fine.I can get on pogo with out any problems.

I am glad to see that the problem has been solved!
I recommend setting a strong password ***** your Pogo account to protect it - combination of lower-case letters, UPPER-case letters, numbers and symbols. Make sure to remember the password ***** just write it down on a paper.
