Could I safe some of the data from my [email protected] account to a stick and and some to the above account to shelf this account blocked from any emails. for a period of time ?

I'm sorry you cannot store gmil webmail account emails on a stick.

You can forward emails to other account manually and set up auto-forwarding for emails:
