i keep getting gmail, email ALERT MAY 18 11AM. Im getting 20 a day. how can i stop from getting them

It looks like an alert has been created on your Gmail account
Click on my link below and check for this
https://www.google.com/alerts
remove any alerts and this should then stop you receiving this.
If you do not see any alerts there, then it is going to be in your calendar.
Sign into your Gmail calendar via www.gmail.com
Then click on Calendar in the top right.
Go to May 18th and remove any events listed there
