my computer was hacked, sent out bogus email asking for $$$---also my mailbox contacts disappeared & I was unable to notify people. My wife took care of the notification but now my mailbox is "frozen". Also how can I retrieve all of my old mailbox addresses? I haven't received any emails since this happened.
